Latham Advises Tripledot Studios on US$800 Million Acquisition of AppLovin’s Games Portfolio

Latham & Watkins has advised Tripledot Studios, one of the world’s fastest-growing multi-genre mobile game developers, on the acquisition of AppLovin’s mobile games studio portfolio for approximately US$800 million, subject to customary adjustments.

The deal will see Tripledot Studios acquire 10 studios, significantly expanding its operations in key strategic markets, including the US and Asia.
