Latham Advises CVC on Partnership With Ridge

London team represents the global private equity sponsor on its investment in the UK multidisciplinary built environment consultancy.

Latham & Watkins has advised CVC on its investment in Ridge, the UK multidisciplinary built environment consultancy, to support the continued growth of the business. CVC acquires its stake from Horizon Capital, Ridge's partner since April 2023. The equity partners of Ridge remain significant shareholders.

Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Oxford, Ridge supports clients in turning complex briefs into buildings and infrastructure.
