    • EGYM SE in its US$7.5 billion cross border merger with Playlist, the parent brand of Mindbody, Booker, and Classpass
    • Paramount Group, Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) in its US$1.6 billion acquisition by Rithm Capital
    • Hunter Point Capital in its strategic partnership and minority investment in Nuveen Private Capital 
    • Sixth Street Partners in its investment in L+M
    • Lumen Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: LUMN) in its US$5.75 billion sale of consumer fiber-to-the-home business to AT&T (NYSE: T)
    • GTCR in its sale of and subsequent reinvestment in Ultimus Fund Solutions
