Latham & Watkins Advises Harbor Lights Entertainment in Sale of US Showcase Cinemas Portfolio to Kinepolis

Firm represents the film and media company in the divestment of a portfolio of US cinema assets.

Harbor Lights Entertainment (formerly National Amusements Inc.) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Kinepolis Group (Euronext: KIN) to sell Showcase Cinemas in the United States. The transaction includes cinemas located across Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Rhode Island, comprising 164 screens and approximately 17,794 seats. The portfolio welcomed approximately 4 million visitors in 2025.
