Latham & Watkins Advises Bridgepoint in Acquisition of Obagi Medical From Waldencast

Waldencast plc (Nasdaq: WALD) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Obagi Medical dermatological skincare and aesthetics business to Bridgepoint, one of the world's leading mid-market investors. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Bridgepoint in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Jane Greyf and David Allinson and Paris partner Olivier du Mottay, with associates Saïd Bakir, Meghan McDuff, and Anny Yang.
