Martina Eisgruber is an associate in the Finance Department in the Frankfurt office. Ms. Eisgruber advises German and international banks, investors and companies on domestic and cross border acquisition financings and refinancings.

Before joining Latham & Watkins’ finance team in Frankfurt, Ms. Eisgruber gained experience during her legal clerkship, which included stages with the finance team of a major international law firm and with Latham's Finance Department in Munich.
