London Team Honored as TrustLaw’s “Lawyers of the Year”

Ms. Longster trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, and corporate M&A and private equity transactions, in addition to the Data & Technology Transactions Practice. Miss Longster also spent time on secondment to The Carlyle Group where she assisted on a range of private equity M&A transactions globally.
