Latham & Watkins has advised L Catterton on its agreement to invest in Dishoom, a leading UK restaurant group, bringing outside investment into Dishoom for the first time. The partnership with L Catterton, a leading global consumer-focused investment firm, paves the way for Dishoom to build on its highly successful UK restaurant operation — renowned for its distinctive brand, exceptional customer loyalty, and consistently strong performance — and explore growth in other regions, including the US, where Dishoom is set to open a new location in 2026.
