Latham Advises Notion Capital on TERN Group’s US$24 Million Series A

Latham & Watkins has advised Notion Capital on the US$24 million Series A financing round of TERN Group, an AI-powered global talent mobility platform for healthcare professionals. The investment will be used to expand TERN’s AI platform and training and compliance infrastructure, deepen partnerships with healthcare providers in the GCC, Europe, and the UK, and build the infrastructure of healthcare workforce management.

The round was led by UK-based Notion Capital, with UAE-based EQ2 Ventures underscoring the platform’s strategic focus on the Middle East, alongside RTP Global, LocalGlobe, Leo Capital, Presight Capital, and Tom Stafford, Co-Founder of DST Global.

The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Erik Teijgeler. Advice was provided on data and technology matters by London partner Christian McDermott, with associate Liz Longster; and on employment matters by London partner Sarah Gadd, with associate Sophie Timmins.
