Kayleigh Kuyon

Kayleigh Kuyon is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Ms. Kuyon represents public and private companies and their investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, public offerings, and general corporate representation.

While in law school, Ms. Kuyon served as a senior articles editor on the Berkeley Business Law Journal and participated in Berkeley’s New Business Community Law Clinic.
