Latham & Watkins Advises Ramp in US$300 Million Funding Round at US$32 Billion Valuation

Ramp, a financial operations platform, has announced a US$300 million primary financing round and an employee tender offer, bringing its valuation to US$32 billion. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors such as Founders Fund, D1 Capital Partners, and new investors including Alpha Wave Global and Bessemer Venture Partners. This investment will support Ramp's continued growth, enabling the company to enhance its product offerings and expand its customer base, which has doubled over the past year.
