Kavitha Babu is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Kavitha represents clients on a broad range of corporate matters.

She earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review. Kavitha also served as a student attorney in both the Community Enterprise Clinic and the Human Trafficking Clinic, where she advised a variety of small, local businesses and survivors of human trafficking, respectively. 

Prior to joining Latham, Kavitha served as a paralegal for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
