Latham & Watkins Represents Sandals Resorts in Landmark Partnership With Royal Caribbean
Sandals Resorts and Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) announced the signing of an agreement to form a partnership in the all-inclusive resort space with an approximately US$3 billion investment from Royal Caribbean Group. Under the terms of the agreement, Royal Caribbean Group will acquire a 50% equity interest in Sandals in exchange for its investment.
