Latham Advising ECP and its Consortium on Recommended Offer of £5.75 Billion for DCC Energy plc
Latham & Watkins is representing Energy Capital Partners (ECP) and the consortium comprising ECP and KKR on its proposed recommended take-private acquisition of DCC Energy plc, a multi-energy sales and distribution business. The transaction values DCC Energy at approximately £5.75 billion.
DCC Energy serves millions of customers across the commercial and industrial, public, and domestic sectors, delivering mainly off-grid energy solutions, led by liquid gas, and operating service stations and fleet services.
