Kate Burrell is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Ms. Burrell advises clients across all market sectors on data protection, privacy, and security matters, particularly in relation to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK data protection regime.

Ms. Burrell also advises clients in M&A transactions in relation to commercial contracts and intellectual property.

Ms. Burrell trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in tax, acquisition finance, and commercial litigation in addition to data and technology. Ms. Burrell is an active member of Latham’s Women Lawyers Group.
