Latham & Watkins Advises on Viking’s US$1.3 Billion Secondary Offering

Viking Holdings Ltd (NYSE: VIK) has announced the pricing of its secondary public offering by certain selling shareholders of an aggregate of 30,531,917 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$44.20 per share. The offering is expected to close on May 29, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
