Johannes represents German and international clients in complex matters involving:

He advises clients on IP and know-how transfer, particularly in transactions pertaining to IP and information technology.

Prior to joining Latham, Johannes was a litigation attorney for another international law firm in Frankfurt, where he focused on auditing law. Before that, he worked at other renowned law firms as a law clerk and legal research assistant in the areas of intellectual property and litigation. Johannes also worked as an intern for an in-house legal team in the US.

Johannes’ representative experience includes advising:

  • Bosch on the sale of its security and communications technology product business
  • Demant on the acquisition of OHRWERK Group
  • ITM on the acquisition of a worldwide exclusive license for cancer treatment
