Jeremias Bura is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the firm's Corporate Department and focuses on advising corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

Mr. Bura studied law in Heidelberg and completed his legal training in the corporate department of another international law firm in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Latham's corporate team, Mr. Bura practiced law in the legal department of a major international media group in Berlin.
