June 6, 2025
Cross-practice team represents leading pan-European investor in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Oakley Capital on its investment in Infravadis through the Oakley Capital Origin Fund II. Infravadis is a tech-enabled platform focused on the over €25 billion European underground infrastructure maintenance market. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.

Oakley Capital’s investment marks the first step in a buy-and-build strategy aimed at creating a leading company in this essential and highly fragmented sector.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises Oakley Capital on investments.

The Latham team was led by Munich corporate partner Rainer Traugott and associate Jeremias Bura, with associates Lena Hummel, Maximilian Kuchernig, and Christopher Maier. Advice was also provided on employment matters by Munich partner Tobias Leder, with counsel Florian Dehmel; on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker, with associate Manuela Minsel; and on real estate matters by associate Marie-Christine Welp.
