Inès Schapira is an associate at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice is centered on complex commercial litigation, white-collar crime, compliance, and commercial lease litigation. She provides assistance and representation to companies, senior executives, investors, and financial institutions in both pre-litigation and litigation scenarios across all courts, including civil, commercial, and criminal courts.

Inès has developed a specialization in the management of high-stakes, cross-border cases with both commercial and criminal and internal investigation aspects, in particular litigation involving discovery proceedings or asset-freezing measures.

Inès is actively engaged in various pro bono initiatives and contributes to the firm’s management committees. She has served for several years on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
