Helena Hofmann is an associate in Latham’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Helena advises clients on all areas of European and German competition law as well as foreign investment control.

Prior to joining Latham, Helena worked as a legal trainee for other major law firms in their corporate as well as antitrust and competition practice groups in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. During her studies in Heidelberg, Helena gained valuable experience in her specialization on European law and antitrust and competition law, which she complemented from a US perspective during her LLM in New York.
