Helena Hofmann is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Frankfurt office and a member of the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Ms. Hofmann advises clients on all areas of European and German competition law as well as foreign investment control.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Hofmann worked as a legal trainee for other major law firms in their corporate as well as antitrust and competition practice groups in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. During her studies, Ms. Hofmann gained valuable experience in her focus on European laws and antitrust and competition law.
