Prior to joining Latham, Estelle practiced in the tax department of another international law firm.

  • Naos Hôtel Groupe on judicial reorganization proceedings regarding the parent company and its subsidiaries, discussions with key strategic partners and creditors, and the sale of its high-end hotel assets*
