Latham & Watkins To Add Tax Partner in Paris
Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Estelle Philippi will join the firm’s Paris office as a partner in the Transactional Tax Practice. Philippi advises private equity firms, public and private companies, and financial institutions on a variety of complex tax matters, with a particular focus on the tax aspects of domestic and international corporate and finance transactions, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate reorganizations.

Highly regarded in her field, Philippi has significant experience advising across a number of high growth sectors, including technology, healthcare, and life sciences. She also regularly advises clients on tax-related litigation and complex matters involving French and international tax law.

Philippi joins Latham & Watkins from White & Case. She holds a master’s degree in European business law from the Universities of Nancy and Cologne, and a postgraduate professional degree in business law from the University of Nancy.
