Ms. Moir provides comprehensive tax counsel in connection with a range of domestic and international transactions and is widely recognized as a leading private equity tax lawyer. Her work includes advising on tax issues related to complicated US and international transactions, including:

Ms. Moir regularly represents leading private equity firms, as well as top technology and other companies. Her experience spans a number of landmark and high-value deals — including advising Dell in the largest technology deal to date.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Moir served as a tax partner and head of the West Coast tax practice at a leading international law firm.
