Drew Baker is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.
Drew represents companies and executives in connection with executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His experience includes advising executives, public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with respect to executive compensation and employee benefit matters in the context of initial public offerings, M&A transactions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. He also advises clients with respect to equity compensation plans and structures, executive employment and separation agreements, severance, retention and similar agreements, and securities law disclosures relating to executive compensation arrangements.
Before joining Latham, Drew worked for a Big Four accounting firm, where he provided advisory services for clients in relation to executive compensation matters.
