Latham & Watkins Advises Odyssey Investment Partners in Sale of Champions Group to Blackstone

Multidisciplinary team represents the private equity firm in the sale of the home services company.

Blackstone (NYSE: BX) announced that funds managed by Blackstone’s perpetual private equity strategy (BXPE) have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Champions Group, a premier provider of essential home services, from Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Odyssey and management are retaining a significant minority investment alongside Blackstone. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
