Michael Vardanian is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Michael has broad mergers and acquisitions experience, encompassing both public and private acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, and joint ventures across a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, media, telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology.

    • Minority investment, alongside Permira, in Valeris, a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner
    • Acquisition of Magna Legal Services, a provider of litigation support services
    • Acquisition of Industrial Electric Mfg., a manufacturer of critical electrical distribution equipment for data center operators
    • Acquisition of Pexco, LLC, a component supplier across a variety of industrial end markets and applications 
    • Acquisition of PSE Group, a specialty distributor of paint, coatings, and consumables
    • Acquisition of Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance, a US alliance of independent insurance agencies
    • Acquisition of Protective Industrial Products (PIP), a provider of essential, consumable, and high-performance PPE to distributors and retailers, and acquisition by PIP of the PPE business of Honeywell

    • Joint acquisition with TPG Capital of WellSky, a provider of software and services to healthcare companies    
    • Acquisition of The Shade Store, an online retailer of custom window treatments
