Latham & Watkins Advises Tallvine Partners’ North America Marine Infrastructure Platform on Completed Acquisition of Crosby Enterprises’ Assets
Tallvine Partners, an independent investment advisor focused on value-add middle-market infrastructure opportunities, announced that its North America marine infrastructure platform has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Crosby Enterprises, Inc. and certain of its affiliates. The transaction was completed following a court-approved sale process conducted in connection with Crosby’s Chapter 11 proceedings.
