Dominique Giordano Gonzales is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins in the Real Estate practice.

Dominique represents real estate funds, developers, private equity companies, and joint venture partners in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. She has experience in single-asset and portfolio transactions across a range of asset classes, including hospitality, data centers, self-storage and medical office facilities, and student and senior housing projects.

Dominique has a thriving pro bono practice, and has guided several families through successful asylum cases. She was named a 2022 Rising Star by the National Immigrant Justice Center.

  • The purchaser/borrower in multiple portfolio acquisitions and contemporaneous financing of self-storage properties across the United States, totaling over $500 million*
  • Private equity fund borrowers in financing assets of various classes through term loans and revolving credit facilities*
  • The borrower in obtaining a borrowing base construction loan for US$800 million across seven US contemplated data center sites*
  • The purchaser/borrower in the portfolio acquisition and financing of student housing properties across the United States, totaling over US$700 million*
  • The purchaser in connection with overseeing real estate diligence on over 100 sites being operated by the target company*
  • The purchaser/ground lessor in sale/leasebacks of medical office buildings*
  • Sellers in portfolio dispositions exceeding US$1 billion*
