Latham & Watkins Advises Sixth Street on US$190 Million Acquisition of Pier House Resort & Spa

Sixth Street has acquired the Pier House Resort & Spa, a 142-room, luxury oceanfront resort, for US$190 million. Sixth Street completed the transaction in partnership with Riller Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Sixth Street in the transaction with a corporate team led by partner Gary Axelrod, and counsel Dustin Paige, with associates Dominique Gonzales, Lura Bonney, and Shane Goodhue.
