Chris Freitag is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Freitag practices in the firm’s Corporate Department and focuses on advising corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

He studied law in Göttingen and completed his legal training inter alia in the corporate departments of international law firms in Frankfurt and New York.
