    Aurélie Buchinet advises clients on French and cross-border finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on leveraged finance.

    Ms. Buchinet combines extensive transactional experience and knowledge of the market to help banks and deal sponsors navigate leveraged buyouts, including:

    • Senior and PIK financing
    • Private equity financing
    • Syndicated loan financing
    • Public to Private financing

    Her comprehensive understanding of client objectives allows her to craft functional financing terms that balance the nuances of the transaction and protect her clients’ interests. Ms. Buchinet closely collaborates across the firm’s global platform and works with the banking, corporate, and tax teams, bringing her efficiency and organizational skills to complex multijurisdictional matters.

    • The arrangers on the French veterinary pharmaceutical group Ceva Santé Animale’s term loan B refinancing of €2.3 billion
    • PAI Partners in its majority investment in ECF Group
    • Colisée Group, an EQT Partners portfolio company, in a term credit facility to finance its acquisition of SGMR, a healthcare and social assistance company and in implementing ESG terms in its financing
    • Ardian Investment in financing for its acquisitions of:
      • A majority stake in Artefact, a France-based end-to-end data services company
      • Finaxy, a top insurance broker in France, from Equistone Partners
    • DL Software, a TA Associates portfolio company, on financing several build-ups in France and Spain

    • Ares Management on term loan, revolver, and capex financings for BC Partners’ acquisition of the Havea Group, a natural health and wellness company
    • BNPP France Finance on a term loan and revolving credit facility for Cobepa’s acquisition of Gerflor, a French provider of vinyl flooring solutions and wall finishes, from ICG
    • The banks in the financing for I Squared Capital’s acquisition of Domidep
