Anna-Maria Kuckerz is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Hamburg office.

Ms. Kuckerz focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings and refinancings as well as restructuring and real estate financings. She advises German and international banks, investors, and corporations on leveraged finance, syndicated loans, and debt restructuring matters. Ms. Kuckerz received her legal training in Austria, the Netherlands, and Germany. She studied law in Vienna, where she gained her first master´s degree, and in Germany at the Bucerius Law School/WHU — Otto Beisheim School of Management, where she received her MLB degree.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Kuckerz was a legal trainee in the firm’s Corporate Department for 12 months, in the Hamburg and Milan offices. She also worked as a research assistant in the corporate department of another international law firm in Hamburg. Additionally, she was involved in the start and growth of an Austrian company for several years.
