Andrew O'Neill

Andrew O'Neill is a finance associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Andrew represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, private credit lenders, funds, and other financial institutions on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with a particular focus on complex leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings, and other secured lending transactions. Prior to joining Latham, Andrew practiced at the London and Dublin offices of an international law firm.

Andrew also spent time on secondment at a UK bank, focusing on corporate lending and distressed debt.
