Latham Advises TA Associates, Montagu Private Equity, and Harvest on the Financing of Its Acquisition of Firstance

Latham & Watkins team has advised TA Associates, Montagu Private Equity, and Harvest on the financing for its acquisition of Firstance, a leading European policy management platform for insurers and distributors in the private insurance market.

The acquisition of Firstance comes after TA Associates and Montagu Private Equity jointly acquired Harvest in August 2024. This strategic acquisition enhances Harvest’s offerings by integrating Firstance’s expertise in the life insurance market and strengthening the pair's standing as reliable partners to financial institutions throughout Europe.

The Latham team was led by London finance partner Hugh O’Sullivan, with associates James Szauer, Joseph Marshall, and Andrew O’Neill.
