Andreas Wolf is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. 

Andreas represents national as well as international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on trademark, patent, competition, and copyright law. He advises clients on IP and know-how transfer, in particular on transactions in the field of intellectual property and information technology.

Andreas studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf and the University of Sydney. 

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he worked at leading international law firms as a law clerk and legal research assistant in the areas of intellectual property and litigation. 

Andreas’ experience includes advising:

  • Amcor on the sale of ESE World to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners
  • DECATHLON PULSE on the acquisition of a majority stake in Bikeleasing Group
  • iCON Infrastructure and Strategic Fiber Networks on the acquisition of Northern Access and GIM
  • Main Capital Partners on the sale of software company Perbility to Rivean Capital
  • Triton on the sale together with ADIA and the reinvestment (together with Stonepeak) in IFCO
  • VHV Holding on the sale of Eucon Automotive to Infopro Digital
