Alice Noguier is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice. Ms. Noguier advises clients on EU and French competition and regulatory law.

Ms. Noguier represents international companies before the European Commission (EC) and the French Competition Authority (FCA) in merger control proceedings, abuse of dominance investigations, and State aid. She coordinates multijurisdictional merger filings for global transactions.

Prior to joining the team, Ms. Noguier worked as a law clerk and an associate in international law firms. Ms. Noguier holds a PhD in law and has been teaching competition law at Lund University (Sweden).

Merger Control

  • Veolia in its acquisition of Suez* 
  • EQT in multiple acquisitions in the health, digital, and industrial sectors*

Antitrust Investigations and Litigation

  • A company active in the advertising sector in a cartel investigation by the FCA*
  • HMD Global and Opera, respectively, in proceedings before the General Court in Luxembourg, regarding the European Commission’s infringement decision against Google Android*
