Latham Advises Latour Capital on the Carve-Out of GTD Space & Security, Renamed Celeres

Latham & Watkins has advised Latour Capital, an independent French investment firm, on the completion of the acquisition of GTD Space & Security, previously a subsidiary of GTD, the Spanish technology group. Following the transaction, Latour Capital becomes the company’s majority shareholder, alongside GTD Group, which is reinvesting as part of the transaction, and the management team. The company is adopting a new identity and will operate as Celeres.
