  • Limacorporate S.p.A. in connection with the refinancing of its existing facilities and the issuance of €295,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes due 2028
  • VTB Bank (PJSC) as arranger and lender in connection with US$4,990,000,000 financing of the take private offer for KAZ Minerals PLC
  • ING (as documentation bank) in relation to a US$750 million credit facility for Evraz, a global metals and mining company and a leading producer of infrastructure steel products, provided by a club of 10 international banks
  • ING Bank (as documentation agent) in relation to term loan facilities for NordGold (a major gold mining group of companies) provided by a syndicate of banks, including ING, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit, and Société Générale, and guaranteed by NordGold subsidiaries in Canada, Guinea, Kazakhstan, and Russia
  • Bank of America, N.A. (as arranger) in respect to a US$200 million term loan facility for PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, the world’s largest producer of palladium and one of the largest producers of nickel, platinum, and copper
  • A major international bank in respect of a billion plus facility for PJSC Gazprom, the largest exporter of natural gas in the world
  • The DTEK Group in connection with the restructuring of US$2.5 billion of bank and bond indebtedness
  • Sberbank in relation to a term loan facility for Gallery Media Holding Ltd., a provider of outdoor advertising services
  • A Russian bank in connection with a global settlement of a number of multibillion-RUB disputes with a group of industrial and financial companies
  • A Russian bank in LCIA arbitration proceedings initiated by an international creditor under an “old style” subordinated loan agreement that was written down by the bank as a result of financial rehabilitation measures
