Latham Advises TA Associates, PSG, and Verdane on Acquisition of Hornetsecurity by Proofpoint

Latham & Watkins has advised TA Associates, PSG, and Verdane on the acquisition of their portfolio company Hornetsecurity, a leading pan-European provider of AI-powered Microsoft 365 security, data protection, compliance, and security awareness services, by Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company.
