Latham & Watkins Advises Epiris on Acquisition of LoneStar Group
London corporate team advises on acquisition of leading global manufacturer and supplier to industrial and energy markets.
Latham & Watkins represented Epiris on the acquisition of LoneStar Group, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-performance fasteners, sealing products, precision-engineered components, and pipeline packages for the world’s industrial and energy markets. This is the second investment for Epiris Fund III following completion of the take-private of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc in November, which Latham also advised on.
