Latham Advises on Debt and Equity Financing for €2.7 Billion Acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive Business
Latham & Watkins has advised the lead arrangers, term loan lenders, and underwriters on the debt and equity financing for the €2.7 billion acquisition of Bally’s international interactive business by Intralot. As a result of the acquisition, Intralot is among the largest companies by market capitalization listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
The financing transaction comprised the issuance of €900 million senior secured notes, the raising of €660 million (equivalent) term loan facilities, a €430 million equity offering, and the establishment of a €160 million multi-currency revolving credit facility.
