Alexandra Cumberland is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Alexandra was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office. She also worked as an analyst for Prisma Energy Solutions. While in law school, she was editor-in-chief of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law, a legal clerk for the Energy Policy and Initiatives Center and president of the Environmental Law Society organization.

  • J2 Resources on its sale to Harrington Process Solutions, a Bain Capital portfolio company
  • JDH Capital on its acquisition of the Precision Sports segment of Clarus Corporation

  • PTTEP HK Holding Limited (a subsidiary of PTT Exploration and Production) on acquiring Jadestone Energy’s 27.18% equity stake in APICO LLC
  • The Sterling Group on its sale of Frontline Road Group, a large provider of pavement marking and ancillary services
  • Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST) on its US$1.9 billion acquisition of 22 entities comprising seven modern natural gas generation facilities, totaling approximately 2,600 MW of capacity, from Lotus Infrastructure Partners
