Denham Capital has announced its partnership with Gray Oak Power. Gray Oak Power is a Houston-based company focused on delivering customized, high-reliability power infrastructure for data centers.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Denham Capital in the transaction with a Houston-based corporate team led by partner James Garrett, with associates Kevin Donovan, Alexandra Cumberland, and Harrison Little.
