Latham Advises on Private Credit Financing for AEA Investors and BCI’s Acquisition of Rensa Filtration

AEA Investors' Middle Market Private Equity team and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation announced that they have acquired Rensa Filtration, a leading vertically integrated provider of highly engineered air filtration solutions for mission-critical applications, including data centers, power generation, semiconductor, healthcare, and life sciences from Audax Private Equity.
