Latham & Watkins Advises on MAHLE’s Private Placement and Partial Tender Offer

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the placement agents and dealer managers on MAHLE GmbH’s €200 million tap of its 7.125% senior unsecured notes due 2032 and the concurrent partial tender offer for MAHLE’s outstanding 2.375% notes due 2028. A separate Latham & Watkins team represented institutional investors on the private placement.
