Latham Advises on Financing for American Industrial Partners’ US$1.272 Billion Acquisition of Avanos Medical, Inc.

Firm represents the financing sources supporting the industrial investor’s acquisition of the medical technology company.

Affiliates of American Industrial Partners (AIP), an operationally oriented industrials investor, entered into an agreement to acquire Avanos Medical, Inc., a leading medical technology company, in an all‑cash transaction that values Avanos at an enterprise value of approximately US$1.272 billion.
