Linda Chang Kim advises on secured transactions, with an emphasis on issues arising under Articles 8 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. 

Linda draws on broad-based lending experience and represents lenders and borrowers on all aspects of drafting and negotiating collateral-related documents for a wide range of financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Linda served as Associate General Counsel and Director at Bank of America on a credit lending team, providing primary support for a securities-based lending product. Before that, she was counsel at another global law firm, where she advised clients on secured lending issues and the Uniform Commercial Code in the context of syndicated loan facilities, restructurings, acquisitions, bond transaction, real estate transactions, asset securitizations, and other general corporate transactions.
