Latham Advises on Family Dollar Stores, LLC’s Inaugural US$450 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering
Family Dollar Stores, LLC has priced US$450 million of 10.000% first lien senior secured notes due 2031, marking the company’s inaugural bond offering.
