Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, and Apollo (NYSE: APO) formed a strategic partnership through a joint venture involving a diversified portfolio of single-tenant retail properties subject to long-term net leases. The transaction closed on March 31, 2026.
